Who can buy from Coach.sa?
Any individual aged 18+ legally allowed to shop in Saudi Arabia and in possession of a valid debit or credit card (Visa/MasterCard) can shop at Coach.sa.
Do I need to have a Coach account to make an order?
No, you don’t need to have a Coach account to make a purchase. However, having an account gives you:
- Order and payment tracking
- Purchase and wishlist history
- Updates on new arrivals, promotions, and discounts
- Saved shipping and payment info for faster checkout
I can’t log into my account. What’s next?

How can I buy online?
Buying is simple! Just browse products, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method.
How do I track my orders?

What if I want to pick up my order/package myself?
Email customercare@coach.sa with your Order Ref. No. and we’ll guide you on pickup options.
Where can I buy Coach products besides the Online Store?
You can find our products in Coach stores across KSA. Visit “Store Locator” on our website for details.
The item I’m looking for is not available, is it still possible to get it?
Yes, contact info@coach.sa or customercare@coach.sa or visit a store for availability.
Can I cancel an order or a merchandise?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order. Email customercare@coach.sa with your order details.
Can I change shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing customercare@coach.sa.
What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?
We’ll notify you at checkout or via email if an item is out of stock. We’ll try to source it, or cancel and refund if unavailable.
Payment Information:
How do I make a payment?
You can pay using any Credit/Debit Card or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), which incurs a 25 SR fee.
What if my credit card was compromised?
Since all transactions occur through bank gateways, please report any fraud to your bank immediately.
Can I pay in-store for a product bought online?
No, this service is currently not available.
Delivery & Shipping:
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities across KSA.
Are there any delivery delays?
Some rural areas or towns may experience delays due to limited logistics access.
Can I change my delivery address after confirmation?
No, address changes are only possible within 24 hours of order placement.
What happens if I’m unavailable at the time of delivery?
The courier will attempt re-delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Can you hold my order if I’m not available?
We can hold orders for up to 9 days. Email us at customercare@coach.sa to notify us in advance.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with order details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Refuse delivery if packaging is damaged. If discovered later, email us within 2 days of receipt.
What if the merchandise is defective?
Notify us within 2 days. Refunds are available within 14 days upon return of items in original condition.
Are there delivery charges?
Orders above 500 SR are free. Orders below that incur a 50 SR fee.
Are shipping charges included in the product price?
No. Shipping and service taxes are added on the billing page.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay 50 SR for returns unless due to damage or defect. See our Returns Policy.
Returns / Exchange:
What is your Exchange policy?
- Exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Size change is subject to 50 SR plus shipping.
What is your return/refund/replacement policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 15 days. COD orders require bank details.
I want to return a product, how can I do that?
Email customercare@coach.sa and request a pickup. Item must be in original condition with invoice.
How can I receive my money for returned/cancelled merchandise?
Refunds are processed in the original payment method. COD refunds require bank account details.
