All of our bags are crafted to last. We know that things happen, though, and sometimes bags need repair. The good news is: we have our very own Coach Repair Workshops staffed by expert craftspeople who love your bags as much as you do.
So, don’t ditch it, repair it—it’s another small thing we can do to keep bags out of landfill and reduce our impact on the planet

To submit your bag or accessory for repair:

To submit your bag or accessory for repair:
Coach products are made to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one-year warranty on all products purchased online or from a retail or outlet store.
Online purchases:
For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, return it for a refund.
You may also email customercare@coach.sa with your receipt, images, and a description of the fault. Our team will respond within 3 working days.
In-store purchases:
Bring your item to the original store (find stores here), or ship it to:
