Coach Saudi Arabia Price Match and Price Adjustment Policy

At Coach, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best value for their purchases. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find an identical item at a lower price on a competitor's website, we will match the price by refunding the difference in the form of store credit.

Price Match Eligibility:

• The item must be identical in brand, model, color, size, and style.
• The item must be sold at full price; discounted, promotional, outlet, second-hand, and sale items are excluded.
• The item must be in-stock on a registered competitor's website at the time of the claim.
• The price must be in SAR. If listed in another currency, the price match will be based on the equivalent amount in SAR, using the current market exchange rate.
• Price match claims can only be made after the item has been purchased from Coach and delivered, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Price Adjustment for Recent Sales:

• If an item you have purchased from Coach goes on sale within 5 days of your purchase, you are eligible for an adjustment to the sale price.
• The item must be in the same size and color as the one purchased.
• The difference between the original purchase price and the sale price will be credited to your Coach store credit account.
• Items with further reductions after the initial sale are not eligible for this price adjustment.

Return Policy for Price Matched and Adjusted Items:

Items that have been price matched or for which a price adjustment has been claimed are not eligible for return.

Competitor Definition:

A competitor is defined as any registered retail business within Saudi Arabia that offers a luxury brand and product collection comparable to Coach's offerings. Websites that are discount, liquidation, auction, outlet sites, or those undergoing closing down sales are not considered competitors.

Claim Process:

• To initiate a price match or price adjustment claim, you must have a Coach account.
• Contact our Customer Care team with evidence of the lower price or sale.
• Once verified, our Customer Care team will issue a coupon code equal to the difference in price, valid for 6 months.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Coach will not price match items from clearance, liquidation, or special events. Price match claims are limited to one per identical item, per customer. The Price Match Policy is subject to change at Coach's discretion and without prior notice.
