Treat your leather to some TLC. Specially formulated for Coach, our product care set includes Coach Leather Cleaner, Coach Leather Moisturizer and a designated cloth each tested to ensure gentle yet effective cleaning while extending the natural life and beauty of our Coach leather products.

To preserve the beauty of Coach leather over time, we recommend regular cleaning and conditioning every three months.

We recommend that you use only Coach Leather Cleaner on your Coach leather products, as other cleaners may contain solvents that can discolor or damage our leathers.

Coach Leather Cleaner may be used on the following leathers: Crossgrain, Glovetanned, Metallic Pebble, Natural Calf, Pebble, Polished Pebble, Refined Pebble, Signature Calf, Smooth Calf, Soft Calf, Stamped/Glazed Crocodile, Stamped Snakeskin.

Please DO NOT use this product on Sport Calf Leather, Calf Suede or Haircalf. For other leathers not on this list, test in an inconspicuous spot and let dry for at least one hour to ensure no negative reaction before proceeding.

Follow directions on bottle for usage.

 Exchange and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases we will be happy to accept returns or exchange for merchandise purchased at Coach.sa, provided returned merchandise are unused and are in perfect condition. The returned merchandise should include original packaging, all labels and tags and be in the same condition as received by the customer.

The company reserves the right not to accept a return, if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.

The company won't accept undocumented returns. Please, print the return confirmation email or attach a copy of the delivery note. You can also create a document with the order number.

In case customer identify an item missing from his/her order, found damaged items and/or would like to return or exchange for any legit reasons, customer is required to notify us within a maximum period of 2 days from the date of delivery.

Once a refund is requested, we will contact the customer in order to manage the exchange or return, and to collect any vital information required to proceed with the transaction. For further questions, please send an email to: customercare@coach.sa 

Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in Coach´s chain stores or distributors of Coach products, will not be responsibility of the online store and customer may contact and address such issues to those other stores or agents in order to deal with their claims or questions related to such purchases.

Return Fees

Coach.sa offers a 14 days refund/return period for items in original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping). Credit cards will be refunded on customer's card account while COD will be transferred to customer's given bank account. 50 SR will be deducted against such returns. Any returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.
