By Purchasing this Gift Card you hereby agree that the purchase and/or use of a Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Coach.sa in its sole discretion.

Please not Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards, but constitute a prepayment on the cost of purchases at  Coach Saudi Arabia ( i.e. https://Coach.sa )  only.

Please note, there is no cash back for unused balances on Gift Cards, except where required by law.

All Gift Card sales are final and you cannot cancel an online order once it has been paid for.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

The available balance on Gift Cards never expires unless redeemed fully.

Electronic Gift Cards will be emailed to the indicated recipient on the date specified in the online order.

Coach.sa reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel or refuse an order for which fraud, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a security risk is suspected. If your order is affected, you will be notified via email.

Coach.sa is not responsible for Gift Cards that are not delivered or not received due to inaccurate delivery information.

E-Gift Cards to be delivered to any person other than yourself, you have a personal or family relationship with the Gift Card recipient as described in Saudi Arabia’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“SASL”), and you have the full and complete authority and consent of the Gift Card recipient to provide the recipient’s name and email address to Coach.sa or its third-party service providers for the purposes of fulfilling an electronic Gift Card order;

غايتنا هي التأكد من أن عملائنا راضون تمامًا وسعداء بمشترياتهم. لذلك، سنسعد بقبول استرجاع/استبدال المنتجات، في حال تم ارجاعها سليمة لم يتم استخدامها و بحاتها الأصلية. يجب أن تحتوي المنتجات المسترجعة على جميع ملصقات العلامات التجارية، و بتغليفها الأصلي و أن تكون بنفس الحالة التي استلمها بها العميل.

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق برفض أو قبول ارجاع أي منتج، في حال لم يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.

لن تقبل الشركة أي طلب إرجاع غير موثق. يرجى طباعة البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بتأكيد الإرجاع أو إرفاق نسخة من إشعار التسليم. يمكنك أيضًا إنشاء مستند برقم الطلب.

لديك مهلة مدة يومين، منذ تاريخ التسليم، حتى نتمكن من إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج.

بمجرد طلب استرداد الأموال، سوف نتواصل مع العميل من أجل ترتيب عملية الاستبدال أو الإرجاع، وكذلك للحصول على عنوان استلام المنتجات. لمزيد من الأسئلة، يرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى: customercare@coach.sa 

أي مطالبات أو ادعاءات أو مبالغ مستردة متعلقة بالمنتجات التي تم شراؤها من سلسلة متاجر كوتش أو من أحد موزعي علاماتنا التجارية، لن تكون مسؤولية المتجر الالكتروني. لذلك، يجب على العميل التواصل مع تلك المتاجر أو الوكلاء الآخرين من أجل التعامل مع المطالبات أو للاجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بهم

رسوم الاسترجاع

Coach.sa يتوفر لدينا سياسة إرجاع لمدة أربعة عشر (14) يوماً، مما يعني أنه لديك 14 يومًا بعد استلام المنتج الخاص بك لتقوم بتقديم طلب استرجاع. لكي يتم استرجاع طلبك، يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية التي استلمته بها، لم يتم ارتداؤه، أو استعماله، و غير تالف و في حالة سليمة و مرفق معه جميع ملصقات العلامات التجارية، و بتغليفه الأصلي، و داخل صندوق الماركة و غلاف الأتربة ( إن أمكن)، بالإضافة إلى صندوق الحماية الخارجي (في حال تم وضع المنتج داخله لغرض الشحن )،عند الدفع باستخدام بطاقة الإئتمان فإن المبالغ المستردة سيتم تحويلها إلى حسابك، و أيضاًعند الدفع عند الاستلام سيتم تحويل المبالغ المُستردة إلى حسابك المصرفي, وسيتم خصم 50 ريال سعودي رسوم إعادة الشحن، لن تتم الموافقة على أي عملية استرجاع لا تتوافق مع سياستنا.
