By Purchasing this Gift Card you hereby agree that the purchase and/or use of a Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Coach.sa in its sole discretion.

Please not Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards, but constitute a prepayment on the cost of purchases at  Coach Saudi Arabia ( i.e. https://Coach.sa )  only.

Please note, there is no cash back for unused balances on Gift Cards, except where required by law.

All Gift Card sales are final and you cannot cancel an online order once it has been paid for.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

The available balance on Gift Cards never expires unless redeemed fully.

Electronic Gift Cards will be emailed to the indicated recipient on the date specified in the online order.

Coach.sa reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel or refuse an order for which fraud, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or a security risk is suspected. If your order is affected, you will be notified via email.

Coach.sa is not responsible for Gift Cards that are not delivered or not received due to inaccurate delivery information.

E-Gift Cards to be delivered to any person other than yourself, you have a personal or family relationship with the Gift Card recipient as described in Saudi Arabia’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“SASL”), and you have the full and complete authority and consent of the Gift Card recipient to provide the recipient’s name and email address to Coach.sa or its third-party service providers for the purposes of fulfilling an electronic Gift Card order;

 Exchange and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases we will be happy to accept returns or exchange for merchandise purchased at Coach.sa, provided returned merchandise are unused and are in perfect condition. The returned merchandise should include original packaging, all labels and tags and be in the same condition as received by the customer.

The company reserves the right not to accept a return, if it does not fulfil the aforementioned requirements.

The company won't accept undocumented returns. Please, print the return confirmation email or attach a copy of the delivery note. You can also create a document with the order number.

In case customer identify an item missing from his/her order, found damaged items and/or would like to return or exchange for any legit reasons, customer is required to notify us within a maximum period of 2 days from the date of delivery.

Once a refund is requested, we will contact the customer in order to manage the exchange or return, and to collect any vital information required to proceed with the transaction. For further questions, please send an email to: customercare@coach.sa 

Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in Coach´s chain stores or distributors of Coach products, will not be responsibility of the online store and customer may contact and address such issues to those other stores or agents in order to deal with their claims or questions related to such purchases.

Return Fees

Coach.sa offers a 14 days refund/return period for items in original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping). Credit cards will be refunded on customer's card account while COD will be transferred to customer's given bank account. 50 SR will be deducted against such returns. Any returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.
